Fat Belly’s BBQ LLC has been passionate about cooking for as long as any of us here can remember. Founder and Owner Operator Greg Colbert has always had a love of cooking and more especially cooking for others. The satisfaction he receives from seeing friends and family light up when taking that first bite into one of his famous BBQ dishes was enough inspiration he needed to take the Smokehouse Rubs he personally created and has used for years on the road. One mans love for BBQ has created a mission to start a Taste Revolution.
